REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's what to know.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style where available. Start the process the same way — email us with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
